Best Chilaquiles in Columbus

Chilaquiles - a sort of salsa stew served over tortillas and topped with a fried egg - is the kind of hearty, homey Mexican dish that returning travelers complain they can't get north of the border. They should keep heading north, to Cabo Cocina's beautiful patio overlooking the Scioto River. Their chilaquiles add a kick of chorizo to the grilled chicken, black beans and spinach that's simmered in a wonderfully spicy red chili sauce.
