South Side man charged with murder in Hilltop death

Columbus police arrested and charged a South Side man today with murder and other crimes in the death of one man and the shooting of another on Thursday...Besides the murder charge, Jamar D. Debose, 21, also was charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery in the death of Curtis M. Phillips, 21, and the shooting of Fred Johnson Jr., 50.
