Man shot by police treated for minor injuries

A man who was shot in the foot last night during a struggle with a Columbus police officer has been released from the hospital...Police consider the man an uncharged suspect and would not provide his name. He was taken to Mount Carmel West hospital after the 9 p.m. shooting on the West Side.
