Columbus officials need to clamp down on graffiti vandals

I do not want to downplay the severity of the vandalism caused by two teenage boys, as reported in a Dispatch article April 24, but their vandalism is small potatoes compared with the amount of damage done to my neighborhood and others in the University District and surrounding Columbus communities.
